OUR PART IS SMALL. WE STILL TAKE IT SERIOUSLY.
There is a lot going on behind a wedding that guests never see. We’re always genuinely chuffed when somebody trusts Lunar Ice with a small part of it.
Our job is to understand the plan, keep in touch and get the ice there when we said we would. It shouldn’t be the memorable part of the day. It should simply work.
We’d rather you know exactly what’s happening than leave you wondering.

What is the ice for?
Drinks, bottle chilling, cocktails, displays or a mixture of everything. Tell us what’s planned and we’ll help work out the right type and quantity.
Where are we going?
Send the venue details, delivery point and any access information we need. If the postcode only gets us near the right field, a What3Words location is very useful.
When do you need it?
Tell us when the ice will be used and what arrangements are already in place. No storage sorted yet? That’s fine — we’ll talk through the options with you.
Guest numbers, timings and the drinks list give us a perfectly good place to start.

Cubed ice works for drinks and bottle chilling. Crushed ice suits cocktails and displays that need it. Some weddings need one, some need both.
You don’t need an exact quantity before you call. Give us the guest numbers, timings and drinks plan, and we’ll help you work it out. If something changes later, tell us — wedding plans do that.
