GETTING IT AROUND A BUSY SITE IS THE OTHER HALF.
Gates. Passes. Security. Several bars all asking for ice at once. Large event sites are rarely as simple as “turn up here”, so we plan the useful bits before the vehicles leave.
We’ll probably ask more questions than you expected. Where can we unload? Who has the pass? Which bar needs what? Slightly annoying now, much better than a lost driver when the gates are about to open.
We can live with that. We’d rather you know exactly what’s happening than leave you wondering.

Exact numbers? Lovely. Rough idea? Also fine. Give us the date, site, expected crowd, bars or traders and whatever storage you have. Plans move on large sites; keep talking to us and we’ll keep the ice plan moving with them where we can.
