THE ICE IS COLD.
THE LOGISTICS ARE NOT.
Tell us what’s happening, where it’s going and roughly what it’s for. We’ll help you land on the right product, quantity and delivery plan without making you guess.

FOUR SIMPLE STEPS FROM ENQUIRY TO DELIVERY.
TELL US THE JOB
Date, location, what the ice is for, approximate quantity and any access details.
WE ADVISE
Not sure on quantity or whether you need cubed or crushed? We’ll talk it through properly.
WE PLAN THE DROP
Your order is worked into a real route with a sensible two-hour delivery window.
WE KEEP YOU UPDATED
If anything shifts on the day, we communicate clearly rather than leaving you wondering.
BOOK IT EARLY.
LET US BUILD IT INTO THE DAY.
We take last-minute and same-day enquiries when we can, but advance booking is always the safer option. Once you’re in the diary, the ice and your delivery slot are planned into the route properly.
And don’t make ice the forgotten item. A couple of bags left at the end of the event is a far nicer problem than an empty bar halfway through it.
Book ahead
Best for weddings, venues, bars and any event where timing actually matters.
Need it quickly?
Same-day can sometimes be possible if stock and routing allow — just ask.
Why a window?
It gives us enough room to manage traffic, access notes and other drops sensibly.
Minimums still apply
We’ll always advise based on the job and area so expectations are clear from the start.
FIELD WITH NO
USEFUL POSTCODE?
No issue. What3Words is brilliant for wedding fields, temporary bars, festival sites and rural venues because it gets us to the actual drop point rather than vaguely nearby.
“Turn left at the third oak tree” is charming. Three precise words are better.
- Send the service entrance, gate note or access code if there is one.
- Tell us where you actually want the ice put, not just the main postcode.
- If the route is awkward, we would much rather know before we arrive than learn it the fun way.
Postcode for the general area, What3Words for the exact spot, and a quick note if the gate is hidden, staffed or locked.
NO FREEZER?
THAT’S FINE.
A freezer is ideal if you have one. A chiller or suitable fridge can also work. And if you have none of those? That is very normal at weddings, parties and outdoor events.
Best case
Freezer space gives you the most flexibility and least melt loss.
Still workable
A chiller or suitable fridge can be absolutely fine depending on timing and quantity.
No cold storage
Choose the coolest shaded spot you have and keep the bags out of direct sun.
Need help planning?
Tell us the setup and we’ll help time the delivery around what you actually have on site.
We can point you towards Grizzly Bear Events for chiller and freezer trailer hire.
ICE DELIVERY THAT FITS THE JOB.
Business, venue, mobile bar or repeat trade order? Send the postcode, rough volume and how often you need it. We’ll work out a sensible setup around how you actually use the ice.
One-off or repeat
We handle single event drops and regular scheduled supply.
Cubed, crushed or both
We’ll match the product to the way you serve, chill or display.
Access-aware delivery
Service yards, staff entrances, compounds and awkward unload points are all normal for us.
Clear communication
You’ll know what’s happening rather than chasing around for updates.
Ice machine died? Warm-weather top-up needed? We’ve been called the fifth emergency service before — not officially, obviously — but last-minute rescue jobs are very much a thing.
NEED ICE DELIVERED?
Ice delivery near me
Send the postcode first and we can quickly say whether the route and minimum order work for your area.
Same-day ice delivery
Sometimes possible when stock and routing allow, but never something we promise as standard.
Bulk ice delivery
Tell us the number of 12kg bags, cubed or crushed, and whether it is a one-off or repeat requirement.
Home ice delivery
Private-house delivery can be possible for parties and events when the order meets the minimum for the area.
