We take last-minute and same-day orders when we can, but booking ahead is always best. Once you’re booked in, the ice and your two-hour delivery window are planned into our day.
And don’t make ice the forgotten item. A couple of bags left at the end of your event is a much nicer problem than an empty bar halfway through it.

THAT’S FINE.
A freezer is great if you have one. A chiller or suitable fridge can work too. And if you have none of those? That is very normal at weddings, parties and outdoor events.
Ice can be kept outside for event use — choose the coolest shaded spot you have and keep it out of direct sun. Tell us what the setup is and we’ll help you plan the delivery around it.

Same-day ice delivery
Sometimes possible when stock and routing allow, but never something we promise as standard. Advance booking is always safer.
Bulk ice delivery
Tell us the number of 12kg bags, cubed or crushed, and whether the requirement is one-off or repeat.
Home ice delivery
Private-house delivery can be possible for parties and events when the order meets the minimum for the area.
